Coils, plugs, and injectors all display the same symptom. Pulling the codes will help with choosing which direction you want to go in. I would start with replacing all plugs first if you're still on originals. Swapping coils to determine the failed one is cheaper than replacing all six. The dealer may want to start with injectors as they are the most expensive out of the group, but not always the root cause.
