There is an ATL based guy over at the 'fest named bmwdiesel335 or something close to that... i know soooo unique his uusername is.
Anyway, a local guy giveaway makes sense. No chemicals going through the mail that way. If not that guy, i'm sure there are many dodge cummins or powerstroke guys that would take it off your hands. Enjoy the 4 series.
I presume the 4 series (435i in this case) is still same 300 hp/300 lb-ft torque as N55 engine in 335i?
