Adding components or adjustment points with aftermarket arms further complicate the alignment process and [potentially make it less accurate. Since there are more places for stuff to come lose etc.
Accuracy is 100% the machine used, and the technician performing the alignment. Not the car or components. You loosen the nut, turn the eccentric bolt, tighten the nut. Simple.
You cannot get more simple by adding aftermarket components. It's simply impossible.
