We just placed an order for an X40i on an amendable order and went with the fineline as well. Against the tartufo/cognac leather I think it'll look great.
Dealers keep tell us stories of the matte being more susceptible to scratches, not sure that argument holds much weight as I know several owners that have matte and have had zero issues. I’m more inclined to believe this argument is more so to get existing stock off the lots which are, for the most part, gloss finish.
