I have Sirius on my '06 ML and I like it for trips. Around town I get a lot of drop outs from trees and such--not sure if it's peculiar to the ML with its antenna hidden under a plastic roof panel. I'm not fond of the monthly fee. For the M3 I'm going with HD radio, along with the iPod adapter, which I think will be sufficient.
Edit: I'm getting Enhanced Premium Sound, as well.
