I'm with you. We are here straight through until the 6th...or until my crew gets everything finished up for the plant to open back up that day.
My boss always asks me why I don't take the two week shutdowns off like all the other managers.....I tell him that I wouldn't have my guys doing anything that I wouldn't do myself.
Although they do get paid OT and I don't...but it's still the point of me being here with them that matters.
