Why use HHS-K? Because it is compatible with rubber and plastic. But, most importantly this is magical stuff! It sprays on like a penetrating oil creeps into all the nooks and crannies and then turns into a very thick tenacious grease.
Wurth HHS-K is great stuff. I've used it not just in the garage, but also in place of WD-40 on squeaky interior door hinges.
