The 535x-drive isn't due until fall; the 550ix and the 530dx became available (in Europe) this month. The 535dx is also tied to the fall, but I don't think we're getting that one - they seem to have trouble bringing one diesel here, let alone two.

An all-season tire is a compromise all seasons. It depends on how much snow capability you want and need. If you are really interested in maintaining maximum performance and safety, you'd swap to snows in the winter. No idea how much the tire pressure sensors cost for this model, but I'd opt for a whole new set of wheels, tires, sensors and avoid the cost of remounting and balancing twice a year. Yes, there are run-flat snow tires. One all-season tire that also is a certified snow is the Nokian WRT, and they do make at least the 18" runflat.
