On the topic, low end torque should not be sacrificed for the Hamann quad for the NA engine IMO since extensive R&D should have been conducted from these tuning companies. Wouldn't be sure for those custom made exhausts from local vendors.

I don't know...... I had quad exhaust by Tom's on my Vellfire for 2-days and I took them off. The Vellfire accelerated at snail pace from stand still and I had to rev to 3.5K rpm just to accelerate on the Tai Hang Road ramp. I can accelerate on the same ramp with 2.3K with standard exhaust....... At highway speed, definitely nice with the quad though.
Let me know how the quad goes on the F10..... You may need to look for chipping the F10 with the quad if you do a long of city driving/up hill......
PS. Even the 550i is not a full time quad exhaust......
