Haha continous work sounds correct alright! At least CarPlay is included the first 3 years in some packages but if they're charging it should just work out of the box.
I've seen several people from different markets mention they were told OTA updates were coming to their car starting september and that does coincide with the iOS 13 release. Who knows.. Fingers crossed
If they get OTA working we might see fixes coming in at increased pace and numbers.
