.. sorry for the attitude since I feel very differently about your Fairfax BMW outlook since they have been very top notch with me alongside few others. I think its just a matter of who you get as Service Advisor. Every dealership has their own rising stars and unfortunately not so brightly lit stars also.
Fortunately enough it offers also convenience bcoz of location, location and location. Its near work and its Virginia base. They help the State of VA Tax base, which helps me too indirectly.
