Even FIA President Jean Todt claimed that Formula 1 needs Australia. I wonder how much FIA can influence the location. Given all the commercial rights were given to FOM.

It is not just Australia's event that is in trouble, the global economy will dictate the outcome. Look how many of events that have already been cancelled in the past for various reasons.
In the future Bernie needs to realize that all ransoms are not paid and people move on. This is just another example of a sport pricing itself too high.
On another note, I just want to thank you E90SLAM for all the great pics you posts from the events, it's almost like being there with those great pics.
