That you can't order all three must be a glitch. Note that you don't need driver assistance plus (ZDB) for the features that you mention above. You can order the side/top view cameras separately. However, you do need the driver assistance package (ZDA) for ZDB. And you do need either nav or tech package for ZDB (my guess is that the active driving assistant requires the display).
