More than adequate power.
A burst of acceleration whenever needed, and the engine rpms are not so high that it makes the engine sound stressed. I have never had a situation where I wished I could have accelerated quicker... and I have never needed to stomp on the pedal when trying to zip by someone.
It doesn't feel overpowered, but has plenty. ...
Enough power that You still have to finesse the gas pedal a little, so it doesn't jerk when accelerating from a standstill.
It feels just right.
I got about 23 mpg on my last 6 hr road trip from Philly up too the Adirondacks in upstate NY.
