I know most BMWs come standard with run flats but looks like I can order the X7 with non run flats with a spare. Also, snow/ice performance was terrible on the run flats compared to the non run flats.
Is there any reason to stay with run flats if I'm not concerned with the occasional flat tire change? I love the look of the 22" rims but not practical for snow driving for skiing.

You can order the standard 21s with NON RunFlats and if you do they throw in a spare tire. If you order run flats, the spare tire is optional.
