not gonna happen in the near future... poses a lot of issue unless warranted.. risky to implement and deploy all that software, and dealers only have so many programming stations for this use.. as it can tie up a car (depending on I-Level) up to 2.5 hours.... and there are plenty of un-programmed cars still out there ... so unless needed -- i see/hear no move in that direction..
