After installing two first aid boxes in my Z4 M Coupe I discovered that the thigh bolsters would not slide adjust. I did install the center rear fastener.
I used 1/4 X 3/4 inch self tapping screws to secure the bracket to the seat frame. The two front screws were interfering with the thigh bolster free travel. Switching to a 1/4 X 1/2 inch screw solved the interference problem and allowed the thigh bolster to be adjusted. Neither my local Home Depot or Lowe's stocked the 1/4 X 1/2 inch self-tapping screw so I had to go to a local industrial hardware supply house.
I also discovered that the boxes would not slide onto the holders far enough to engage the retaining clip. I solved this problem by grinding down the outside edges of the holder. Now the boxes easily slide onto the holder and lock onto the clip. The boxes can also be easily removed.
Also lined my first aid boxes with black Presto-felt

Applied the sticky backed felt to the bottom, sides, and back of the box. It takes one 9"X12" sheet per box at $1.50 per sheet.
Things now stay nice and quiet now with nothing rattling around in the box.
