Hi Guy,
Well it's time to move up to the new E92 M3, so my personal car (aka the BPS car) has to go. :-(
Here is some info on the car.
2004 E46 M3, silver gray metallic with gray leather interior. 40,010 miles, SMG, premium package, rear sunshade, tinted rear side and back windshield. The only missing features are nav and bluetooth. The car is in excellent condition and garaged 100% of the time. CPO warranty good until October 19, 2009. Car was featured in Bimmer Magazine on the October 2007 issue and will soon be in BMW Car in an E46 M3 vs. 335 shootout. KBB private party price for excellent condition: $35,575 (That is JUST the car in stock condition and does not include value of warranty or mods)

Total retail value of mods: *$26,004.65.
TOTAL VALUE OF CAR TO MOD YOURSELF: *$61,579.65

Guys, this is a truly amazing car with pretty much everything done to it short of F/I, AND with the 3.91s in it, I really didn't feel I needed F/I. Please NO lowballing. The price IS the price or the car gets parted out. With diffs currently unavailable I'm sure I can sell the diff for retail. You're getting close to $30K in mods if you pay for them yourself for basically $10K. The car was autocrossed one time and I really don't drive it very hard. I will take the car for service next week and get a low annual oil change and have them go over the car to look for any problems. You'll be able to brag that your car has been published in major BMW magazines and feel confident that your covered by a CPS warranty for another 17 months or 60,000 miles.
Selling Price $45,000.
Exclusive parts currently unavailable or discontinued:
- BMW motorsport 3:91 differential (currently backordered by BMW)
- Straßentech SMG paddles (the first made, then copied by F1 Royal, then Bimmian, then Taiwan, etc) Might keep these for R&D for the new E92 M3.
- Vorsteiner CF engine cover (discontinued)
- (1) John Mason was formerly a fabricator for Newman/Haas Indy car team in 1980s & 90s. My subframe reinforcement is not the regular TMS, but custom made by the guy that used to make chassis for Paul Tracy.

Borla oval tip muffler is for sale, too. Currently has an El Diablo on it.
