So, after checking H&R's site, it appears there are two different products for sale for the 228i...
part# 50482 (for vehicles with and without "sport" suspension)
part# 28896-2 (for vehicles with "adaptive drive")
I believe the "sport" suspension referenced on H&R's page is the "M Sport Suspension Calibration" found stock on the US-spec 228i (not sure about the rest of the world).
H&R's "adaptive drive" is likely referring to the Adaptive M Suspension that can be gained by adding the Track Handling package (or found stock on the M235i).
A little more searching for the adaptive drive's specific part number brought up
this page showing the new part number next to the existing M235i's part number. It mentions the existing M235i part number being the "low version".
I'm going to assume you'll want the new part if you're equipped with the track handling package.
