As above
Single press = Traction mode
Hold it down = DSC off.
Changing to Sport plus will have the same level of assists as traction mode but different settings for driveline etc.
See the handy chart below which is mostly correct.

I've tried both on track and found Traction/sport+ suprisingly unintrusive.
