I wasnt trying to cause any hard feelings. I just thought my fellow BMW enthusiasts should know whats been going on with certain aFe products. Yes the 5 and Z are totally different cars. But the materials and design of both intakes are close to similar. Both are non-sealed and made of metal which is a good conductor of heat.
