Either way, I'm not upset about it, it had to be done to fix the issue I had, and I have never had anything but stellar service at Winslow. Doing the recoding myself was easy, just had to remember how, since it had been 3 years since I initially coded my M.
Plus, since they had to order in the part, it took a couple of days, and I got an an extended test drive of my loaner vehicle (3 nights), an X5, which we have been thinking of getting for my wife's next car. |
That's correct. I've been there a little longer than I care to admit haha. I enjoy being able to add a little extra value to service, when the opportunity presents itself. I'm happy to hear we've been taking care of you, that's always our goal.
