First of all its included in the Purchase or lease of the car for 4yrs or 50k. It was designed to equal the warranty.
USA gets what you call Inclusive Plus.. basically everything except tires / wheels and alignments.. Top off are done for free by Dealers usually as a courtsey... Its specifically listed that Top offs are customer pay....
FYI for other USA guys. BMW came out with the upgrade price for the 1M
BTW you can upgrade USA full Maint plan an additional 2 years and an additional 50K .... This follows along with the CPO warranty.. which is the same 2 yr 50k above the base warranty
