That’s not necessarily true. I have had two MB and the service was definitely better than what I receive from BMW on a regular basis. Not night and day, but much more customer centric. I have had two BMWs bought back by BMWNA and in both instances the service department was a contributing factor that BMW ultimately had to account for.
