Tire size comparator says 30.7" tall vs your tires are 32.1" tall.
I honestly I think they will work just fine. The abs doesnt know how tall the tire is, the sensor only detects speed. Your speedo will be off 2-3 mph. So 60 will be actually 62.7 mph. Which is perfect since bmw already under indicates your speed by 3mph. Lol.
I had blizzacks on my 50i, that were an 1" shorter because like you, I had then from a previous vehicle. Worked fine.
