Ok so reason for the rear height issue was INSTALLER ERROR. yes my fucking fault. well, i sort of blame bmw for not shipping their kit with goddamn instructions!
above was pics of my car with the spring adjuster installed at the bottom and clearly that stacks the height and is incorrect.
so here you go guys... instructions for the m performance coilover install.
