Cupholder delete
The best cupholder is no cupholder 
It's easy to pull the side vents (two screws), remove the cupholder and replace with a trim cover, P/N 64 22 6 918 463 left and P/N 64 22 6 918 464 right at $10.96 each from Tischer Mileone BMW.
