As indicated, you should avoid those pneumatic BOVs on a MAF regulated system.
If you want a more robust design than OEM, just install GFB DV+.
On to Off to On is stellar with it, no error code is triggered and it can handle plenty of boost...
Even installation is easier than Forge one...
