Although the clutch point is pretty far in, you don't need to depress it all the way in to get it to engage. Like any clutch you just need to figure out where the clutch point is and go from there. I'd recommend you just practice at low speeds and rpms to figure out where it engages and go from there. I found that when i first got my M Coupe that I had to put the seat a lot closer to the steering wheel than I was used to so I could get the clutch in. You will eventually get the hang of it, or maybe not. Good luck!
