If you are looking for a less extreme tire the Continental DWS06 works very well on these cars too. Gives you decent "3-season" capability, a good bit cheaper, and they last reasonably well.
The difference between them and the stock Continental SSR runflats is night and day.
Very pleased with them on my 128i convertible.
