Further testament to the joke, my parents have a mint 2016 E 350 4matic, w/ only 4,500 on the clock coming off lease end w/ a buyout of $47k. Those fools at Caravan only offered them $27k!!!

I agree. Caravan offered me 4K less than carmax for my 2014 X5. Dealer was even 2k higher than Caravan. I do not trust them (Caravan).
