The NSX certainly was a supercar. It's longevity is due not only to the timeless design, but to the fact that its chassis and many of its suspension and drivetrain components were far, far ahead of their time. Look back at the supercar numbers in 1990. The NSX had some pretty rarified numbers for the day.
