today i ran into too things that i find very odd with my car and i jsut want to make sure everything is fine because i have only owned this f30 335 for about 3 months.

When i first got the car i changed out the front 2 tires with brand new run flats and all my tires were basically new after that. about 2-3k miles later i already have a tire pressure warning? on all four tires too i believe. isnt this a bit early??

also, a weird pop up showed up on my heads up display randomly telling me that it was 37 degrees outside? or the engine was that temperature? which does not really make sense to me.. the temperature was around the 50s so i really do no know where they got this from. is it warning me about slipper roads or something?
