The uprated clutch will rattle a bit on clutch engagement, and coasting w/the clutch in, just as the E9X M3 did. It's the clutch disc springs as the disc moves (rotates) on the input shaft to the 6MT gearbox.
Other noises, are you sure they are transmission/clutch related? My 6MT F82 works smoothly, effectively (both on the street and during my first track day back in late April). As I mentioned, the clutch does rattle a bit (three quick rattle-rattle-rattles, w/the noise coming from under the car w/the windows down, when the clutch is pushed in (and if you are coasting w/the clutch in).
Can you give us some more information/description?
