I know someone locally who claims to have 335i C/O's from his old e92. They all have the same mounting points. And unless you race your car I dont think that the small diff in spring rates would affect you.
They didnt want to support it because it is not claimed by the manufacturer, plus it would prevent you from buying used coils. I plan to buy e92 coils when I am ready, preowned.
