WR's are better in the dry, Hakka's are better in the fluff. For the 7-8 times a year you'll drive in super nasty stuff up here, the WR's are probably a better bet.
I wanted Hakka's because I love driving in the worst weather I can find. Driving Bans are my favorite thing ever.
But if you're not, generally speaking, insane, the WR's are a way better winter daily tire. My only concern is that with a RWD car, i'd want the absolute safest tires for it, which are technically the Hakka's. Except he's right, they don't have as good a speed rating.
