recently had too much snow in Austin, TX that city can handle and I had to go out for an emergency call from my friend. My X7 M50i was running on 22" performance tires (summer). We had moments were it had slight skidding but at no point it looked less confident. I was driving with sports mode, manual gear and using gears 1, 2 and 3 max.
While the car handles but not fun either
PS: I don't recommend summer tires in winter conditions as normal use
