It’s always been an option on the X7 in Canada.I didn’t order it because most of the time i am going to have the 3rd row seats stowed.It works exactly the same way as the X5.
The option was in the ordering guide when i placed my order at my dealer back in December.It has always been on the BMW Canada build your own website.
