If you send an email to tokenmaster's address(the gmail one that starts with fxx and then his name), you will receive instructions automatically. With the PayPal instruction (with the address in the instructions), just change the Philippines pesos to US $, it's not a hoax. It may take a while to get a response, took 2 weeks for me, not too bad but long enough to start doubting if the process went ok. If you can't wait I'd suggest another method (esysx, or BimmerCode if your desires are limited)
