Changed up the running routine to do more x-training type work. Mon and Wed at my son's practice I spent about an hour trimming base paths by hand (and stretching along the way) then ran laps, changing pace and distance, interspersed with various push-ups and sit-ups. Kinda prison-yard style, I guess.
