You know you are absoultly right. You have to form a friendship with your customer because they can buy a car at any dealership. But they have to like you to do business with you... So your right. Attitude is the key ... One of the reasons i picked this dealer is because they are #1 in the US. And with my already strong following with Mazda VW i can carry that into this region.
