Quality and performance-wise K750 is the much better phone. It has the best reviews from all the mobile magazines and websites. K750 has a much better camera, much longer lasting battery, it has virtually unlimited storage space for MP3 and pictures, because it has a removable storage card , Razor does not and you can store only few songs. The only thing going for a razor - it looks better to some people. I don't have either phone so my opinion is objective.
Btw, there are 2 new razors coming out soon, both would have better camera and a storage card, not sure exactly when though

Thanx dxk. I have also seen the reviews and have been leaning toward the K750i. If you have any links to the new models you mentioned I'd like to have a look/read.
