Also, one of the other problems I have always had with the C-class is that its design looks like a watered down (if not more "square") derivative of the more expensive Mercedes models--i.e., the car looks like the entry-level, cheap version. I styling of the last 3 generations of 3-series cars has never made me feel that way. I actually like the 3-series styling better than that of most of its larger siblings.
