Well I was not expecting any kind of resolution but was expecting someone to at least pretend to care. Service manager did call me the same day I sent the video to the service manager and general manager but I asked she call me back tomorrow (I was just getting off work plus was still pretty pist) and have not heard from anyone since, that was over 2 weeks ago.
This was at Nalley BMW of Decatur and I will post a newer longer video in a new thread when I have the time. Works been very busy and this has been a lower priority in the grand scheme of things... I do however, want to make people aware of the dealership and its practices so will put something out there for sure.
