My X7 isn't working that way. Pressing Stop/Start the first time turns off the engine. But a second press does nothing. Music keeps playing, interior displays sill lit. When I open the door, get out, and close the door, the music keeps playing and the interior displays are still lit.
Is this how it works in iDrive 7? Do I really have to lock my car in my own garage every time we arrive home to have the radio and displays turn off?

The X7 is our first BMW but I think you press the Start/Stop only once.
