Uhh...where have you been the passed few seasons? You can't test when you want. USF1 is doing a launch and shakedown in Alabama. The testing days and locations are concrete, and each team is allotted a maximum of 15000 km. If testing was allowed, why would Ferrari go to Valencia and Jerez? They have a private track at the factory.
