1. I was going to answer extended but can't discern what you get versus the X5 extended (which is additional leather covered panel along the front center tunnel)
2. Leather dash option adds leather dash and leather to the front/back door tops (base of windows)
3. Full leather adds leather dash option 2 plus leather lower dash, door panels (area below the door arm rests) and alcantara headliner
