I know this might be blasphemy on a performance car like the M3/4, but when I get mine, I plan on laying down about 100 lbs of sound insulation (dynomat or something similiar), turning off the active sound, and then seeing what else it needs. Perhaps speaker replacement, perhaps a simple sub, or perhaps something to intercept the sound signal, run it through some good amps into a nice set of speakers. We'll see.
