it was not a fuel issue(fuel filter) or the hpfp as they replaced mine and still had the same issue. after almost a month, they figured that it was if i remember correctly the diverter valve that would not stay shut. it's been a year and i did not experience the issue anymore.

I agree with that but why does it disappear when I do system clean ? I didn't face any hesitation like that again only slight but my guess is with bad fuel only.
