Just clean up the area a bit and use the bmw paint correction system. You can order it from your bmw parts department. Small scuffs like that happen - be careful about going too technical with your fix (wet-sand, buff, etc) if you aren't intimately familiar with how to clean up scuffs like that. You could end up causing more noticeable damage than the small stuff.
